How to prepare
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6). Line a buttered pie dish with the dough or put on baking paper.
- Peel and seed the apples, cut them into strips and place them on the dough.
- In a salad bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, cornstarch and cinnamon. Whisk vigorously. Pour over the apples.
