Ingredients / for 8 people

  • 1 shortcrust pastry or shortbread
  • 4 apples
  • 120g sugar
  • 35 g of cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons coffee with cinnamon

  • 20 g butter
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of sugar

    How to prepare

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6). Line a buttered pie dish with the dough or put on baking paper.
    2. Peel and seed the apples, cut them into strips and place them on the dough.
    3. In a salad bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, cornstarch and cinnamon. Whisk vigorously. Pour over the apples.
    4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes depending on the oven.
