A classic of Spanish cuisine; a "go anywhere" recipe that will suit a meal with family or friends; to be enjoyed in a company or taken away for a picnic; for young and old alike... You guessed it, we are talking about ... The Tortilla with potatoes !

Ingredients : 6 people

7 eggs

1kg of potatoes

50ml of olive oil

Salt (to taste)

1 onion

1- Chop the onion.

2- Cut the potatoes, wash them and mix them well with salt.

3- When the potatoes are golden and easily separated, add the beaten eggs.

4- Cook the bottom of the tortilla. Once cooked, turn it over with a flat lid.

5- Cook the other side until golden brown.
